Rachelle has been involved at the Olinda/Ferny Creek Football Netball Club since 2007, where she is currently the Head Trainer. Rachelle has also taken part in the VCFNL Interleague competition for the YVMDFNL (now AFL Outer East) since 2011.
In 2013, Rachelle was awarded Yarra Valley Mountain District Football Netball League’s ‘Trainer of the Year’ and again in 2018 for AFL Yarra Ranges.
Along with soft and deep tissue work, her interests include trigger-point therapy and cupping.
