Katey holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching certification and is an ESSA-Accredited Exercise Scientist. When she’s not coaching in the gym or on the footy field, she also provides remedial and sports massage services to our patients. Both soft tissue and deep tissue massage are among Katey’s skills, as well as sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and myofascial cupping.

With years of experience and a unique combination of education and hands-on practice, Katey has built a strong foundation in elite sports. She’s worked with the Melbourne Football Club as a Sports Trainer and Massage Therapist and honed her skills further as the Strength & Conditioning Coach of Wantirna South Football Club. Additionally, as a part of her bachelor’s degree, Katey completed extensive internships at industry leading facilities such as Project Gap and RISE High Performance.
In 2025, Katey will return to Deakin University to pursue a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Stay tuned for Exercise Physiology services in the near future!
Outside of her professional life, Katey is passionate about all things sport, fitness, health, and wellness. On her days off, you’ll often find her walking her dogs, working out at the gym, or cooking for her family and friends.
